When it is not an emergency
Who to tell
Harm or abuse by a worker or a service
If you think someone is being harmed, abused, neglected or treated unfairly by a disability worker or provider, including us, you can go straight to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Phone: 1800 035 544
- TTY: 133 677
- Website: ndiscommission.gov.au
You can contact the Commission at any stage. You do not need to tell us first. You can also tell us, using the form below.
A complaint about our service
If something about our support was not right, such as a late shift, a worker who did not listen, or a decision you disagree with, we want to know so we can fix it.
Tell Manora Care
Tell us what happened
Use this form for any concern, big or small. Tell us in your own words. Only the first question needs an answer.
You can stay anonymous. If you do, we will still look into what you tell us, but we will not be able to tell you what we did.
Raising a concern will never affect the support anyone receives, or how our team treats you.
Need an interpreter? Call TIS National on 131 450. If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can use the National Relay Service.
