Four short questions point you to the support that fits what you want from your week.
What to ask, what the NDIS terms mean, and how choice and control work for your family.
Three things are enough to start a referral. We come back to you with a straight answer.
How we follow your plans and recommendations, and keep you in the loop.
Good support is steady. The same faces, the same promises, week after week, so you can get on with the parts of life that are yours.

Start a conversationYour choice, protected
Where you live and who supports you are separate agreements, each explained in plain language before you sign.
You can change your support provider without moving out, and move home without losing your support team.
Where you live never depends on using our support, and your support never depends on where you live.
How it works
No surprises. Each step is explained before it happens, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Step 01
A conversation about you, your plan and what a good week looks like. No paperwork is needed to start.
Step 02
At home or somewhere you choose, with the people you want there.
Step 03
A service agreement in plain language, with every price shown against the NDIS price limits.
Step 04
First shifts with the workers matched to you. Tell us what is working and what is not.
Step 05
A review with you, and your family or coordinator if you want them there. Then we adjust.
What you can count on
You see what support you will get, when, and at what price before anything starts.
Every price is shown against the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27, so you can compare it yourself.
You can tell us when something is wrong, or go straight to the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544.
Easy Read versions of every service, and other formats or an interpreter when you ask.
